REVIEW: Naisture 24Hr So Fresh Foot Pack

Hello everyone.

Today I will review on a whole different kind of beauty products which is a foot pack. I just used this Naisture 24Hr So Fresh Foot Pack two days ago and I gotta say, the results are pretty decent. This product is made in Korea. Truth is I really love beauty products from Korea and Japan but to compare both countries, I prefer Japanese products more as it gives better results on me. I think it is because Japan weather is pretty much the same here when its hot thus their products suit better for hot and humid weather.

Back to the review, at first I was looking for Baby Foot mask to remove callous on my feet and there are so many people raving about this product. I went to Sasa and they actually have plenty of stocks for Baby Foot mask there (with the fact that this product is a super best selling throughout Sasa branches and it is often out of stock) and when I turned the box to see the ingredients (well I actually wanna see the price in a very keep-calm-to-look-cool way LOL) and I found out that it costs RM60 of approximately 27 USD (its between that price as when I saw the price I immediately put back the box in shock) for only one treatment. Talk about SUPER expensive for a mask. The lady promoter saw my purposely-rounded eyes and she decided to suggest this Naisture Foot Pack. She said that the Baby Foot gives much better result but for a beginner I should try this Naisture as it costs me only RM8 after discount (actual price RM9.90) for approximately 2 USD. I didn't expect to purchase it but because it is rather cheap so I decided to give it a try. Here are the photos of it.

How I use it

At first I thought this foot mask will cause me the flaky snake skin afterwards like most foot mask for exfoliation does but it is actually not. I regret that I didn't read the usage and other reasonable information regarding how this product works because I was in a rush. The whole day I took my grandparents (not so old), aunties, uncles and cousins for a shop. They came by my house from out of town for a visit and when I went in Sasa they waited outside and keep calling me asking me to be faster. LOL much. My foot was super exhausted from excessive walking (although I put on my favorite sneakers) and this mask actually gives me the calm feeling afterwards.

I used it the night after we get back home because I can't wait to see the results (which during that time I thought it will exfoliate my skin). I washed my feet with soap and pat it dry. The step 1 consists of the mask itself which shaped like an oversize socks. I have pretty long feet (size 9 to 10 for ladies size between 40 to 42). Don't say it, I know I have very long feet. This mask fits me perfectly (length aspect) so I think it can be suited for most sizes and for males too. the width is pretty huge so don't worry about it. The mask don't really have a smell, the scent is normal mask scent that is not overpowering. Flowery I think. I didn't take the time to sniff on the mask. Sorry! I found out that the mask used a cottony material but I can say it is very strong. I don't know well about the material but what I can say is that it does not breaks at all (I even squeezed it hard after usage to get the essence left to be dabbed on my feet but it does not tear). I think the essence is very little, its like its not even there. I was a bit frustrated and the mask itself does not feel like it contains a lot of essence. Maybe just a little bit (that is the reason why I squeezed it LOL).

The step 2 consists of its vinyl socks which is made out of transparent plastic and two tapes to be used to secure the socks. It fits perfectly on my feet (length aspect) and later I will secure the openings with tape so that the vinyl socks don't move much. I used this for 30 minutes. While usage, it feels rather cold and no tingly feeling. The mask itself is kinda lack of essence so I think there shouldn't be much of a problem walking around with it or even sleep with it on as no essence will come out from the openings. But seriously, who will want to sleep with a plastic socks on. It is so uncomfortable and noisy I must say.

Effects

I found out that this mask don't cause any significant exfoliation (thanks to reviews from many users) because it doesn't say so in the claims. Boohoo me for not reading it before I bought it. Upon removal, my feet felt so cool and refreshed that I actually forgot it was exhausted at the beginning. It feels so smooth especially on my soles and I can see that it does not wrinkle that much anymore. It looks clean and the dry skin around my nails kinda disappeared too. After removal I will pat it until the leftover essence absorbed and go to sleep after it dried up. The next morning my feet still feels smooth and the essence absorbed pretty well as when I walk in the toilet with wet floor, I don't feel any slippery layer on my feet. This mask is one time usage only.

My ratings:

Effectiveness: ★★★★★ (it actually does what it claimed though I got the whole idea wrong at the beginning)

Packaging: ★★★☆☆ (average, nothing catchy but easy to tear off as it tears vertically so I can open both steps in one tearing action)

Price: ★★★★☆ (normal facial masks cost lesser but it is still affordable because foot masks require more materials to be used so it is acceptable, it does what it claimed)

Long term effect: ★★★★☆ (I didn't repurchase and the results actually pretty okay since it is still smooth and clean the day after. It does recommends to use twice to thrice a week for better results but I was looking for exfoliation mask, not hydrating mask)

Overall, I do recommend this for those who experienced tired feet often due to walking and high heels. It does not works wonder but it does helps a lot on reducing tiredness and tired looking feet for a fresher looking feet the day after. It makes my feet looks sexy (LOL) due to the clean and supple effect. After two days of usage, I actually used a real exfoliation foot mask (which is today and I will review on it later after exfoliation completed) so I cannot judge better for long term effect. I hope this review helps!

Regards
